AIGENT NOIR FSBO uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to power features like offer analysis, market comparisons, scam detection, and buyer communication drafting.
- Messages and property data may be sent to the Claude API for real-time analysis and response generation.
- Anthropic does not use your data to train AI models. Data sent via the API is subject to Anthropic's API usage policies, which prohibit training on customer data.
- We minimize the data sent to AI services — only the content required to fulfill your specific request is transmitted.
- AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional real estate, legal, or financial advice.

- Local storage: Your listing data, photos, and conversation history are stored on your device for offline access.
- Cloud storage: Account data and listing information are stored on encrypted servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.
- We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
